The instruction of this course is missing a lot of steps for how to understand logic, and do the problems.
The best way to describe this experience would be akin to if you took a piano class where they explained which keys corresponded to which notes in sheet music. Then how to press a key. Then gave you 3 mozart piece to be preformed on monday.
It seemed as if most of the class ( >90%) had dropped out by the 4th week.
On top of this, the video instruction seemed almost purposefully confusing. If given a choice between a sophisticated statement you probably wouldn't understand and a simple statement you would, the instructor almost always chose the first.
An Example from the videos:
"A set of premises (delta) logically entails a conclusion (phi) if and only if every truth assignment that satisfies the premises also satisfies the conclusion"
Instead of, maybe
"If you can find a single case that would make a statement false, then the statement is false"
